How to delete your data

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data from the Profile page after logging in.

• Log in and go to Profile.
• Use the Delete Account option.
• Your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion. Some records may be retained to meet legal obligations (anti-fraud logs, payment records).

Request deletion without login

If you cannot access your account, you can request deletion by sending an email from your registered address to [email protected].

Retention & Legal Obligations

We retain certain records for a limited period to comply with legal, tax and anti-fraud requirements. After this period, data is anonymized or deleted.
